Shipping and returns

PRODUCTION TIMES:

Each hat and headpiece is individually handmade in the New York studio to the highest standards. Please allow up to four weeks for your hat to be made. 

Shipping time is in addition to production time. 

CUSTOMIZED ORDERS:

If colour matching to your outfit is required we recommend sending a sample swatch of fabric for the most accurate match. Please contact Genevieve for further information. 

SHIPPING:

Orders shipping within the United States will be shipped via UPS ground service at a flat rate of $10. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

International orders will be shipped via UPS. If you do not see your country listed in the shipping options please contact us. 

Cappellino Millinery cannot ship to PO boxes. 

TAXES:

Sales tax is applicable relevant to your location and is calculated at check out.

International orders, once at their destination, may be subject to customs clearance which may add to delivery time. Cappellino Millinery is not responsible for taxes or duties on international orders. 

RETURNS:

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if not, please follow the return request process:

- Returns are accepted within 7 days of you receiving the item. Please email genevieve@cappellinomillinery.com for a return request. In your email please state your item, order number and specify the reason for your return.

- All return items must have original tags in place and be free of wear, stains, odor, or any condition which would prevent it from being sold as new. Bridal pieces must also include all original packaging in perfect condition.

Cappellino Millinery reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the policy outlined above. Items that are not pre-authorized for return will also not be accepted, and will be sent back to you at your expense. 

Cappellino Millinery cannot accept a return request or returned merchandise outside of the seven day time frame outlined above.

Once your return has been received, you will be refunded the amount paid, by your original payment method, less original shipping costs.

Please note, you are responsible for all shipping and customs charges associated with returning an order.

We regret we are unable to offer returns on products that have been made to order or customized.
